As you can see, the maker of this holder, they attempted to make the coin appear more authentic by designating the coin as "cleaned". The creator of this label obviously tried to play on the thoughts of coin collectors, in that, "if the coin was fake then why wouldn't the counterfeiter label the coin MS which would realize more money?".
It's nothing more than proof of the deception.
