Man how messed up is this. Sent a package to ANACS, as per the tracking information it was delivered 4/12/2021 at 9:40 AM. I called them on the 16th and they told me it was not logged into the system so they had no status of where it was. I told them that the USPS site had it being delivered to them on the 12th. They then informed me that they were just getting to log in all packages for the 12th and 13th and if checked back tonight it would be in the system. Guess what? It wasn't. I called them again on the 19th and explained to them what I was told. The person checked the system, then told me that because it was received on the 12th and not yet placed into the system she was going to write a note, so the could look for it and get it into the system that day. Well that didn't happen. I was going to wait until Friday 23 April 2021 and call them if not in the system. Well looked this evening it was finally there, but what a lie on the info. It states that box was opened on the 12th. hmmm if opened on the 12th then why could they not give me a status on it and why did it take 6 working days to input it into their system. I sent under the 15 day option. They are now saying expected ship date is 5/25/2021. That's not 15 day turn around that is a 25 day turn around.
OK done ranting now.

BUSINESS days not an actual 15 day turnaround. Delays are to be expected, it sucks, but that is how it is right now. You can't even call and talk to anyone at PCGS.

DS, this is typical, I use NGC, and ANACS, in general as long as whomever I ship with gives me Confirmation that the package was delivered, well, I just have to wait. I agree with Daniel about PCGS, from what I have heard, "don't call us we will call you".

DS, this is typical, I use NGC, and ANACS, in general as long as whomever I ship with gives me Confirmation that the package was delivered, well, I just have to wait. I agree with Daniel about PCGS, from what I have heard, "don't call us we will call you".
