1962 1c proof ddr?

Maybe the reflection is playing tricks on my eyes but I compared strike to a few other proofs and it appears reverse is doubled but I need help.

It's definitely not a DD . I see a lot of what I call "mirror doubling " . If at best your seeing MD or Machine doubling seen here >

I agree with Sal this is not a doubled die, proofs where often double struck for sharpness and sometimes you can see that up close. Often proofs display reflections and shadows around the devices.
