Ok here is another video. this one is 45 min long and shows coins being made start to finish in the Philadelphia Mint. Again you can see why coins have scratches, contact marks, ETC... on them.

It's sometimes a normal appearance . What do you have it in ? Or was this plucked from Circulation ?

Just saying...coins can be tarnished/stained/altered from a number of different environmental happenings. Maybe it spent some time sitting in the bottom of someone's car cupholder on top of some spilled liquid for a month or so? Maybe it was under someones work bench in a very shallow puddle of semi...

You must know a lot about coins before you sell them, otherwise you might accidentally cheat someone or they cheat you. I do have a video that will help you some.
