Sorry, just glue on a coin. See how the lettering is backwards on the one area? Two pennies were glued together and then one was removed. The glue residue retained the design, but backwards. Acetone would likely remove it.

Are the teeners a different obverse die than the 1940s/50s ones? If memory serves, I think I once read the dates of when master dies were changed with Lincoln pennies. I know by looking at a 1968 and then later Lincooln penny OBV you can see an obvious difference. But I don't remember the other one...
