I have never seen one that was too long. Typically currency is held to tight tolerances. But I don't know enough about the currency hobby to say value.

We'll have to agree to disagree, the graders look at coins for seconds and will not note errors or varieties unless you point them out and pay extra for the few seconds it takes to see that the error is there. While their are true grading experts in varieties they are not at TPGs, they are at CONEC...
