I'm looking at a 1913-S Lincoln but I'm not really sure how the quality of the strike on these older coins affects grading in uncirculated condition. Would the weak area on the rim at and below the L on LIBERTY or the reverse weakness on the L upper wheat into PLU still be compatible with an MS63BN...
