I am wondering what the three digit code means at the end of many coin listings on eBay? Example: "2021 S JEFFERSON NICKEL 5C PCGS PR70DCAM FIRSTSTRIKE FLAG Q28"
What does the Q28 mean?
Is there a website that explains what each code means as I have seen this three digit code be many different combinations?

?........ this may be just a sellers "Personal Inventory Number", so they don't mix up which coin goes for which listing.
I used to do the same thing.

It's the sellers code so he can keep track of their item, nothing to do with the coin itself as Paul stated.

I also run auctions for my senior neighbors and may wind up with several nearly identical coins in my possession at a time - to needlessly belabor this point even further.

I agree - seller code.
Common grading company shortcomings & resulting co$tly mi$take$ to collectors (using Kennedy No FG halves):
