1935 Buffalo Five Cent no mint mark is this real?

I got this at a dispensery a few days ago and it really got me wondering if it has any value, wandering if it was made by what branch? 1935 Buffalo five cent but the eye on one side is like a ball-bearing wish on the obverse is the Buffalo `s privates.

Someone took a nickel drilled a hole and pressed in a ball bearing.

There is nothing int he minting process that could possibly do this, so its PMD
