1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.
2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.
3. Images should be taken by a camera or cell phone camera, we ask that members don’t use images through a microscope screen.
4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Re: 1955 50C "Bugs Bunny" MS 65, FS-401, FBL (Regular Strike) DDO/DDR?
Why are you posting coins from PCGS? I have no clue what you looking at or what you think the error/variety is. Putting the subject as Re: 1955 50C "Bugs Bunny" MS 65, FS-401, FBL (Regular Strike) DDO/DDR? So are you asking if this a Bugs Bunny Franklin? Are asking if it is a DDR? Are you asking it this a DDO? Or are you just asking us to do the researching for you?
I don't think you have received this information on posting photos
When posting photos of a coin you would like someone to look at, you NEED to post a Cropped photo of both the the full Obverse and Reverse. Try to take these photos as clear and close as possible. Next take some photos of the area in question, again as close and clear as possible. It would also help if you could find some way to point to the area in question or give a detailed explanation of what you want to be looked at. DO NOT just say "What Error is this?", "What do you think about this coin and what is the value?" or "What can you tell me about this coin?". We would happily provide you with sites you can research coin errors and varieties.
If you need a photo editing program, there are three free ones that come to mind. They are PhotoScape, Inkscape and Gimp. Of the three PhotoScape is the easiest to use. I use PhotoScape and it will do everything required to post photos on the board. Daniel explains quite well in the following two topics, POSTING PHOTOS plus his video on this same topic Daniels posting Coins Video on posting coins

To both Vet and Sal,
What’s up boys and girls! Is this how you show camaraderie on this forum. Maybe I don’t possess the requisite experience that you desire, but it’s not for my honest effort to seek the help of the more experienced collector. Your comments, while snarky and self amused, are long winded and tiresome. Maybe this is the way it is, just take it and swallow hard. No way, not I. Daniel, I am a subscriber to your YouTube vlog and followed your suggestion to this forum for advice. Who needs these grumpy old remarks from the peanut gallery. Unfortunately this has left a bad taste, therefore I respectfully resign my subscription to your vlog and membership to this forum.
It’s been a blast, but I must be on my way.
Bye Bye ladies…

Hi Frankinfish...Best thing to do is to inform yourself on how to identify a variety. There are plenty of resources online and that also have been mentioned on this forum. Start here and click the DDO or DDR listing sublinks, then the year and corresponding mintmark of the coin:

Another thing to do is search past posts on this forum of topics you might have a question about, the answer to your question might have already been posted..the last thing you want is to get frustrated, lets enjoy the hobby and have fun with it.
Best of luck hunting!!!

Whoa there guys! Time to diffuse a bomb here!
He said he is going from the forum, so now Daniel's forum has a bad rep from someone who actually was following instructions.
We all make mistakes, and I know it gets hard to keep a good outlook here when correcting the myriad of folks who do not follow the rules. And I MAKE BIG MISTAKES as well. Let's take a breather and regroup so WE don't end up chasing others away as well.
You must have missed where Frankenfish said he was posting PCGS pics of HIS coin. Why are you posting coins from PCGS?

I am unable to determine if this is a variety or not using the images posted for attribution.....
