Hi my grandmother gave me this coin which I assume she had from her time living in China. I did some research and it appears to be a 1919 Republic of China $1. Unfortunately images are limited on it and I was not able to estimate its grade and price. I was wondering if anyone can give me a rough estimate of this.

I am not saying yours is a fake, I am just letting you know there is a possibility b/c this has been faked many times. Knowing the weight of it is a step in the right direction for knowing if it is legit. Then compare that to data you find online about what its weight should be.
I have seen this coin termed the "Fat Man Dollar," so that might help you use a search engine to also find the info you are after.
