Should I be concerned about the thickness of the 2009 ASE bullion coin compared to the other years I have?

They used different minting processes through out the years. I would just take them to a dealer who can test them.

I agree with getting them tested y a local dealer. The Chinese fakes are typically off-thickness to make their non-silver alloy weigh what a silver round should.
