I'm so sorry. Please help me! Look at the coin and answer the following question: What is the description of such an incorrectly punched coin blank in correct technical terms?

ohhh, now looking at it, i can see a slight "clipped" or incomplete planchet error! it's slight, but it's there! it don't add a whole lot of value to the coin but cool! especially on a older foreign coin.
