PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). 1984p 1cent, damaged? Double rim? Off center?

Found this going through my gallon water jug of pennies. More than likely its probably damaged. But just want the opinion from the community.

There is something weird on the edge to the left, but I will let Paul decide on what it is, the photos are somewhat blurry when zoomed in.

This appears to be a slightly skewed hammer die with some obverse delamination issues along the K9-K10 edge.....

I am unable to ascertain much with your 3rd image
