Stopped at the bank to day to cash my check and this 2019 Guam W mint mark quarter in the change part i received. I know it is a little scratched.

That is totally up to you. Given the circulation damage on the coin it would have no real premium.

Personally, I would keep it. Simply because of the history it bears.

I would keep, 2 million mintage. I would label it.

Put it in a 2X2 holder. Use a flat clinch stabler or a normal stapler and a pair of pliers. Mark the 2X2 with a pen.

Staples typically stick up on the backside. These culprits have ruined many coins when 2X2s are stacked stored. The metal staple cuts through another 2X2s plastic window and scratches the coin inside.
