Re: Is this off center ?
It's a Misaligned Die Error.
A misaligned die is when the hammer die is off alignment in orientation to the coining chamber and when it strikes the coin the obverse side of the coin is struck off center. The misaligned strike is only off center on one side of the coin, if both are then it is called an off center strike.

Re: Is this off center ?
Be careful with the term off center. The only part of the coin which is off is the Obverse (hammer die). This is referred to as a misaligned Die. It is off center when both the Obverse and Reverse dies are off as Sal stated.rose48 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 11, 2021 9:34 amYeah the coin is struck off center.SensibleSal66 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 11, 2021 1:01 am It's a Misaligned Die Error.

Re: Is this off center ?
The best difference between 'Off-Center' & 'Misaligned Die' is that the Off Center coins have both Obverse & Reverse side misaligned, while a Misaligned Die has either the Obverse or Reverse missing the center . . .

Re: Is this off center ?
While a misaligned coin like this is fun to find, they typically have to have more of an offset to bring in anything over face value. Check eBay SOLD items for an idea of value. As to grading it...you would lose money sending it in to be slabbed.
Common grading company shortcomings & resulting co$tly mi$take$ to collectors (using Kennedy No FG halves):
