Missing clad plating?

#1 Unread post by Ifindcoins4u »

Hello I received this quarter in my change from a store and was wondering if the cladding is missing. I looked at it under 10x mag and it doesn't seem like its dirt or anything that might clean off. Any thoughts would help thanks.

I'm not even going as far as plated it just looks like it's picked up some environmental damage... Circulated a few weeks more which rubbed a little of the damage colored off the high spots like the rim
