Hello, Forum,
I found this 1966 Lincoln cent 1966 with a lamination defect
on the obverse, but on the reverse I discovered another
defect. The coin somewhat 'burst' open excactly on the base of
the memorial center.
Is that also a lamination-thing, I WONDERED...

The Obverse looks like PMD (post mint damage) and I don't know what's going on with the reverse .
Definition: A lamination error occurs when metal flakes off the surface of a coin or planchet. It is generally believed that the flaking, peeling, and cracking is due to impurities in the alloy which causes metal to separate along horizontal planes of weakness.

On the Obverse of the coin it looks like possibly PMD or dirt. The Reverse just look like some toning

From the pics supplied I am guessing post mint damage on both sides.
Common grading company shortcomings & resulting co$tly mi$take$ to collectors (using Kennedy No FG halves):

Your coin has sustained blunt force trauma and is therefor damaged, after mint damage at that.
