I found this quarter in a roll. I have never seen a coin with as many errors as this one. Do you think that I should send it in to NGC ? Also does anyone have an idea of the value of this coin? It has major cud and something that looks like a piece of metal that struck it plus there is a small area which you may not be able to see that has the top layer of the coin missing. I would appreciate any advice.

Nothing in the minting process would produce this. It is PMD. A spender.
