1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.
2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.
3. Images should be taken by a camera or cell phone camera, we ask that members don’t use images through a microscope screen.
4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Re: Introduce myself
Hello,
Welcome.
I am also new to this community. My name is David, and have been watching Daniel's videos for quite some time. I really enjoy them, and think I have watched almost all of them (at least every new one for the last several months). I would also like to post an introduction, but I don't think I am able to create a post yet. Thank you all, I am really excited about being able to register to this site!

Introduce myself - Dougg
Hello all and hello Daniel,
My name is Doug with one g. However, the user name Doug was already taken and I had to go with Dougg. I'll get use to it...
I've watched many videos on YouTube about coin collecting and came across the CoinHELPu channel and immediately became a student. I've learned so much from this channel and decided to join the community with hopes of networking and improving my knowledge about coin collecting. Let me back up....
Before Covid, the only coins I was familiar with jingled in my pocket until I spent them. So, I guess that makes me somewhat of a Covid coin collector. I had too much time on my hands during lock down and thus my coin collecting journey began. My bank had a little something to do with my decision to put money into gold and silver, but that is a decision for a different time. I'm particularly fond of junk silver, Morgan's, Silver Eagles, and other Bullion. Makes Christmas and birthday shopping a bit easier too... I recently started coin roll and bill hunting and found a few keepers. I've attended several coin shows this year and a convention last month in Michigan. I look forward to engaging in discussion and hope to increase my knowledge about coins and stuff.
Thank you,
Dougg

Re: Introduce myself
Dougg
You really need to start a new topic for your introduction. It is considered very rude to jump in on someone else's topic. It is the same as cutting in on someone else's conversation about something totally different.

Welcome, but please start your own introduction thread. More people will see it this way. Yours is presently embedded at the end of someone else's so some people will never see it.Kavkas_Coins wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 1:41 pm Hello,
