1961-D/D Franklin Half - A Twofer!

I posted about this coin in an earlier thread. The big gnarly strikethrough caught my attention, and I almost missed the WRPM001/CONECA RPM #1. All the die markers are present. Can you confirm that I have identified this correctly?

I feel like this poor coin got off to a bad start in life! 😂
