I've only been collecting for about a year and a half and consider myself a newbie.

I've never seen this before and I have looked at many videos and pictures. I just do not feel experienced enough to say which type it is.

Your opinion and thoughts are appreciated

By the way I do apologize for the incorrect email earlier. Sorry Still brand new to your website although I watch most all of your videos. Thanks for that

The reference image Paul posted was a good answer to the question.
This proof dollar has circulated and sustained some circulation wear from it, which makes it a impaired proof.
