PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Yeah I believe so but the A in dollar is what caught my eye, I can’t tell if it’s the picture itself or if the inside of the A looks like stair steps. But then the shine I can’t tell on the rest of the letters, I know that’s not what you were asking just caught my peeper.

There's additional material on top of both A's in Dollar and Quarter. Pics are fuzzy when zoomed so what you are seeing is not clear in them.

Looking forward to seeing some pics!
BTW - if you are having trouble with the light making hot spots, I have found cutting ring of tissue and taping it to the ring light helps as well. But for that pic at the link I believe I was using just the low LED setting. Pauls uses a plastic piece of milk jug he cut to fit as a diffuser on this setup.
BTW - Sorry I missed this initially. I should also have given you the following info as well. Since the system indexes the threads by title to make them searchable, we ask every title has date and type of coin as well as a small specific description of your question. In this case something like "mark by George's mouth - what is it?" Would be good.
