1983 Proof Set box completely off center

#1 Unread post by Inquiring Minds »

Hi All,
I have a proof box that is way off center and never opened so I do not know what the coins inside look like. Could someone advise on the box and if it should remain closed and is this offset box desirable to collectors?
Again, I was not sure where to put this one so be easy on me if I posted in the wrong place. Not sure if this would be considered a mint error because I can't find anywhere online.
Thanks,

Not considered a mint error in my opinion. And probably no extra premium.

So, consensus is it ok to open? I would like to see the coins inside. Thank you PNWMakes and Paul. Appreciate. Was this in the correct place to post?

Fun find, but, as has been said, probably no premium.
