This is a 1999 wide A M Lincoln cent
I am only allowed to submit two pictures so I’m gonna show you the ones that concern me on the obverse pictures the reverse of the coin is perfect and everybody knows what a 99 wide A M Lincoln cent looks like
The obverse has fine scratches on it in one position it looks fine when you tilt it with the light in a different direction you can see the problem
First Would it be graded ? if it does get graded how low of a grade do you think it would be a assigned
Thank you for your time everybody
1999 cent - Not sure if I should have it graded ?

1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.
2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.
3. Images should be taken by a camera or cell phone camera, we ask that members don’t use images through a microscope screen.
4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Our community is not a soap box for complaining or drama, so please refrain from doing so here.[/size]

Re: Not sure if I should have it graded ?
We wish everyone knew what a WAM was, we still get questions on that one.
Also, you're allowed to post more than one image we just discourage people posting more than one coin in the same topic.
Based on these images it could be scratched or this could be something else, but we can't give you technical grades here. You might. consider sending your coin to ANACS
and they will give you a grade. You don't need to be a member and you can go to their site and print off their submission form.

Re: Not sure if I should have it graded ?
I never ask for an image of the reverse but our guidelines ask that you do initially. Also, please don't send images and ask for help in PMs.
I do appreciate that you was able to add images here but I still can't tell you if you should submit for grading. Go to PCGS price guide and see what they're worth in circulated grades and how much it cost to submit the coin.
