:o Proper Titles Are Important, so I had to fix yours for you by adding date, denomination and SPECIFIC idea f question you are asking. :D

Titles are indexed on the forum so others can find/research when they have a similar coin.

Severe heat damage. Nothing like this can happen in the minting process.
