NEED HELP IDENTIFYING TWO VERY ANCIENT COINS!

#1 Unread post by meera4people »

 I'm very grateful to have gotten this coin collection! I do need help though because these two coins are the exact same coin but I cannot figure out the language on the coin. I know for sure on one side it says the number 1 very large but the other side has a language that I can't figure out. It definitely has barley or wheat on it. So can anyone please help me identify these two coins please.

P.S. I even tried using Google lens and for a second it said Israel but then I couldn't get it to identify it again. So I'm still not sure. I will include the photos I took from Google lens as well because it gives a little closer of a view. Thank you so much for anyone that helps with these coins in advance!

One coin per thread please.
These are not ancient coins, they are modern demonitized coins from Israel.

Wow okay I had no idea, Thanks for the information! I'm still curious as to why I couldn't find any information about these online. Also they seem quite old because they are literally deteriorating. But I guess that's because they're cheap Thanks again
