1974 Lincoln Penny-Error on date ?

My 1974 Lincoln penny the 9 in the date isn't curled like it's supposed to be. Is this a Mint error on the date ?

took a hit will in circulation. Not a mint error.

This is not a mint error.
Nothing like this can happen during the minting process.
I agree with previous posts, this is displaced metal caused by a hit in circulation.

Mint errors happen during the minting processes. Nothing in the minting processes could cause this. This happened outside the mint so it is damage.
