1989 D Lincoln memorial.. Strike error?

Sorry but I'm not great at properly labeling my posts or what coin I have but this one very interested in and concerned . Looks like this one did not happen nobody's pockets. Looks to me like it happens at the mint.. ???

Sorry. this most certainly is NOT an Error. Post Mint Damage (Environmental damage, Physical damage) .

Trying to think what to call it because it clearly has a hole in his neck . Lincoln shot zinc rot Penny that's what I'm going to call it. Picture really isn't doing any justice though looks like it's broke off on the edges But anyway someone might want it lol
