You also agree to follow these guidelines. You must agree to these rules to be a member of this forum. NO SPAM! Spam is deleted within minutes, no spam will ever be left in our community.
1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.
2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.
3. Images should be taken by a camera or cell phone camera, we ask that members don’t use images through a microscope screen.
4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Our community is not a soap box for complaining or drama, so please refrain from doing so here.[/size]

From Texas and 71 yrs. old. Been collecting on and off for over 55 years. Kinda started (1965) as a 15 yr old military brat overseas in Japan and on the air base BX cafeteria and banking office ran by the Japanese management, I was allowed to sort through the US coins and could swap out my current change for whatever I could afford. Primarily wheaties but sometimes early Kennedy half's that I would sell down town to a Japanese store for $3.00 and thought I was really smart. Maybe should have kept some in savings, but always wanting something for a kid.
Restarted collecting again back in the states about 20yrs old and had that collection stolen, restarted collecting again around 40 yrs old and had a forced sell the collection due economics. About twenty years ago, I said I would not ever collect coins again, then eventually started stacking silver and a few pieces of gold and got heavily into metal detecting. That's my story.

Re: New member
Hello,
I am Marcel and live in Belgium, not far from Brussels.
I am new here have seen many you tube movies of Daniel though.
I would like to introduce myself.
I only collect Morgan Dollars, I have been collecting for 15 years but I don't have them all yet, I still have to buy another 30.
Since I am 66% disabled and limited in budget it takes so long to get them all.
I also have a first question here: where can I find Daniel's you tube movies please.
Greetings,
Marcel

Hi Marcel,
WELCOME, we are glad you are here with us
But...
Sorry, but you have buried your intro inside someone else's intro. This is called "hijacking" on internet forums b/c it turns the focus from the original member's thread onto a subject of your own.
:text-threadjacked:
So please take the following link and find out how to start your own thread so more people will see it and be able to welcome you.
