Coin Microscope for Taking Pics of the Entire Coin

#1 Unread post by MountainBike29 »

Hello Everyone,
I have coin collection from long ago & want to take a pic of an entire coin to post here on the Coin Help U community. I just bought from Amazon an ANNLOV 4.3 Inch Digit Wireless USB Microscope. When this microscope, when zooming out as far as possible, the magnification doesn’t allow to capture the entire coin.
Please recommend a coin microscope that when zoomed out, I can view the entire coin, especially a Silver Dollar. Really don’t need anything super extravagant & actually don’t need a viewing screen as part of the microscope . Just need the microscope which I can view the entire coin image on my computer and zoom in into desired areas of a coin
Thank you for your help.

You can take really good pics with your phone if you set it up right...No need for a microscope...

1. Here is some help...no microscope needed and produces the best pictures:
Using just a cell phone to easily take focused coin photos:

(OK...you need a couple books and a bottle cap also... :D )

2. Please also, before posting microscope pic here, take a moment to review the guidelines so you can post pictures we can use to help you.

Most people just take a camera picture of their microscope screen, and that method introduces interference lines in the final picture that can hide the details on the coin that you want us to see and help with.

We don’t recommend newbies to use microscopes.
