1972 D Lincoln Penny upside down T on Reverse

#1 Unread post by C335358 »

I have a 1972 D Lincoln Penny with an upside down T on Reverse. It is just one letter pressed into the reverse by itself. What happened?

It appears to be a "Dropped letter error" but let's wait for more answers. ;)

It does appear to be a dropped letter.
