The grader has one and he wants to keep the pops as low as possible.
Idk, maybe they think it's fire damage??? It looks okay to me, but I wouldn't gamble more than $600 if I really wanted it.

The dark toning and the bluish under-tones is why it is environmental damaged, this type of toning results from a pitted surface or altered surface, but it happened a long time ago and has retoned.
