2019 American Eagle,Wrong weight.

#1 Unread post by waynesonofpeter »

It was exlained to me why the reverse was rotated, it's supposively part of a set called "2019 pride of two nations." However, the coin in that set purportedly weighs 31.1 grams. While the coin I have weighs 28.8 grams. I checked my scale using a dollar bill, the bill weighs 1 gram. It was accurate.I'm baffled.

The coin was shinier but I wrapped it in tissue and put it to the side several months ago.

The Tissue altered the coin's surface.

I would get this coin tested for metal content and make sure it is the real deal. Some coin dealers have spectrometers that can test the coin.

This does not look like an authentic silver eagle proof and that is why it looks like this. You need to improve your image as well.

Daniel, is this one in which the I in "IN" and the W in "We" do not match up correctly?
