PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Is this a strike thru error on reverse, or considered a cud above the crown ? I can't find an example of this error. Please help if u know

Well, I'm not a much of a world coin collector but I see what looks like damage and some corrosion. In my honest opinion.
