1995 $1 One of a kind cutting error? Cut to short from top to bottom

#1 Unread post by WISCONSIN DON »

Is this an error where the note is cut too short from top to bottom so that it shorter than any other note.

What would this error be called?

How much can I sell it for?

i don't know much about modern paper currency, but the discrepancy between the two widths seems negligible to me. in my opinion it is worth a dollar.

One Dollar. Unless it cuts into another Note, it's not worth being collectable or desirable.Sorry.
