I'm confused by this Bill. To me this may be an ink error. But it may also be Post printing damage. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance

A short description as well as date and denomination (or bill type) is required in the title.

As to your bill, I believe it is just staining from circulation.

Re: 1928 $2 bill
I apologize for not being clear. Yes, I am asking if the red satins on the bill may be ink t the tme of printing, or stains from circulation.
Thanks
