Curious on two things. Is this post-mint damage on the reverse rim? This penny weighs 2.5g, but isn't it supposed to weigh 3.11
Once again, I am a beginner, so take it easy on me. I have my Mega Red guide book but couldn't come up with an answer. It is not steel.

This coin appears to have had its edges sanded down…JMO
